Harassment com­plaint

On Nov. 8 at 5 p.m., offi­cers received infor­ma­tion regard­ing a harass­ment com­plaint in Merrill Hall. The vic­tim was being harassed by a female with whom he had pre­vi­ously had rela­tion­ship. The sus­pect was ordered to leave the vic­tim alone.

Lot 66 theft

On Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m., there was a report of a theft from a vehi­cle in Lot 66. The vic­tim said the vehicle’s cover had been stolen ear­lier in the day.

No head­lights

On Nov. 12 at 9:45 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on Northland Drive for dri­ving with­out its head­lights on. The inves­ti­ga­tion revealed sub­jects in pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana. One sub­ject was lodged in the county jail for pos­ses­sion of marijuana.

Marijuana com­plaint

On Nov. 13 at 11:20 p.m., offi­cers assisted Pickell Hall staff with a mar­i­juana com­plaint. Three sub­jects were lodged in the county jail for pos­ses­sion of marijuana.

Damaged wall

On Nov. 11 at 2:30 p.m., there was a report of a dam­aged wall in East Campus Suites. The inves­ti­ga­tion is continuing.

Defective equip­ment

On Nov. 11 at 10:30 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State Street near Locust Street for defec­tive equip­ment. The dri­ver was found to be intox­i­cated and was lodged in the county jail.

Intoxicated dri­ver

On Nov. 12 at 1:45 a.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State Street near Maple Street. The dri­ver was found to be intox­i­cated and was lodged in the county jail.

Window dam­aged

On Nov. 8 at 9:15 p.m., there was report of a win­dow dam­aged in Clark Hall. The inves­ti­ga­tion is continuing.

Suspicious sit­u­a­tions

On Nov. 9 at 10:30 p.m., offi­cers inves­ti­gated a sus­pi­cious sit­u­a­tion in Lot 3. Three sub­jects were tick­eted for MIP and referred to the office of stu­dent conduct.

Single-car crash

On Nov. 10 at 3:20 a.m., offi­cers assisted the sheriff’s depart­ment with a single-car crash at 18 Mile Road and 175th Ave. The dri­ver was tick­eted for vio­lat­ing basic speed laws.

Possession of marijuana

On Nov. 8 at 10:30 p.m., offi­cers assisted Travis Hall staff with a mar­i­juana com­plaint. One sub­ject was tick­eted for MIP, and a war­rant request was sent to the prosecutor’s office for pos­ses­sion of marijuana.

Officers assist

On Nov. 9 at 2:55 a.m., offi­cers assisted city police with a fraud com­plaint at the E-Z Mart gas sta­tion on State Street. One sub­ject was lodged in the county jail.

Lot 3 damage

On Nov. 10 at 1:50 p.m., there was report of a vehi­cle dam­aged in Lot 3. The pas­sen­ger side door had been kicked by an unknown person.

Suspicious per­sons

On Nov. 7 at 7:45 p.m., offi­cers inves­ti­gated a sus­pi­cious sit­u­a­tion in Lot 47. One sub­ject was lodged in the county jail for pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana. Three sub­jects were referred to the office of stu­dent conduct.

Stolen bike

On Nov. 8 at 9 a.m., there was a report of a bicy­cle stolen from Finch Court.

Stolen cell phone

On Nov. 7 at 3:15 p.m., there was a report of a cell phone stolen from the lobby of Hallisy Hall.

Ticket Totals: From Nov. 7 to 14, the Department of Public Safety reported 390 vio­la­tions. Each vio­la­tor was tick­eted for a total of $6,760. The actual amount depends on if the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
