MIP on South Street

Jan. 12 at 12:20 a.m., offi­cers observed two intox­i­cated sub­jects on South Street near State Street. Two sub­jects were MIP and ticketed.

MIP at Rite Aid

Jan. 11 at 3:20 a.m., offi­cers stopped intox­i­cated female in Rite Aid park­ing lot and found to be MIP.

MIP

Feb. 25 at 2 a.m., report of a large dis­or­derly crowd in West Campus Apartments area. One sub­ject was tick­eted for MIP and another for uri­nat­ing in public.

Open intox

March 24 at 10 a.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on 15 Mile Road near Katke Golf Course. Driver had open intox.

MIP in music center

April 11 at 9:45 a.m., offi­cers encoun­tered an intox­i­cated stu­dent in the music cen­ter. Subject was found to be MIP.

MIP at Taggart

Oct. 7 at 2:10 a.m., offi­cers encoun­tered a sub­ject stum­bling near Taggart Hall. The sub­ject was tick­eted for MIP.

MIP at Travis

Oct. 23 at 1:04 a.m., offi­cers were dis­patched to Travis Hall for a health and safety check inves­ti­ga­tion. Subject was intox­i­cated and tick­eted MIP and referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Marijuana

Marijuana com­plaint

Jan. 10 at 9:40 p.m., offi­cers assisted hall staff with mar­i­juana com­plaint in Travis Hall. Two sub­jects were referred to the Office of Student Conduct and a war­rant request was sent out.

Jailed for marijuana

Jan. 10 at 10:40 p.m., offi­cers assisted hall staff at Taggart Hall con­cern­ing mar­i­juana. One sub­ject was lodged in county jail.

Possession of marijuana

Jan. 18 at 2:45 a.m., offi­cers assisted hall staff at Miller Hall con­cern­ing mar­i­juana. Two sub­jects were referred to the Office of Student Conduct and charged with pos­ses­sion of marijuana.

Marijuana com­plaint at Clark

March 25 at 3:30 a.m., offi­cers assisted hall staff at Clark Hall for a mar­i­juana com­plaint. One sub­ject was referred to the office of stu­dent conduct.

Marijuana in Wink Arena

March 31 at 8:20 p.m., offi­cers found a sub­ject at Wink Arena to be in pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and was referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Marijuana com­plaint

Sep. 9 at 10:45 p.m., there was a mar­i­juana com­plaint at Clark Hall. Two sub­jects were iden­ti­fied and sent to the Office of Student Conduct.

Obstruction

Vehicle van­dal­ized

Jan. 27 at 11 a.m., vehi­cle van­dal­ized in Lot 61. The side rear fender was damaged.

Stolen prop­erty

Jan. 13 at 11:55 p.m., report of a stolen duf­fle bag con­tain­ing a com­puter from a bench out­side East Campus Suites. Property was recov­ered from another atten­dant that evening.

Vision obstruc­tion

Jan. 26 at 10:20 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State Street at south city lim­its for vision obstruc­tion. The dri­ver was using the license plate improp­erly and ticketed.

Firework com­plaint

Feb. 5 at 3:20 a.m., offi­cers assisted city police for a fire­work com­plaint at Oak and Michigan Street. Officers located sub­ject who had city war­rant and was lodged in county jail.

Another sus­pended license

Feb. 4 at 7:20 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State near South Street for defec­tive equip­ment. The dri­ver was found to be dri­ving on a sus­pended license.

Destruction of property

Feb. 10 at 2 a.m., report of a win­dow dam­aged at East Campus Suites. Subject was iden­ti­fied and lodged in county jail for mali­cious destruc­tion of prop­erty and MIP. n
