MIP in music center

April 11 at 9:45 a.m., offi­cers encoun­tered an intox­i­cated stu­dent in the music cen­ter. Subject was found to be MIP.

Disorder at Holiday Inn

April 11 at 5 p.m., dis­or­derly sub­ject at Holiday Inn. Subject was located and removed from property.

Suspended license

April 10 at 7:20 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle for expired plate on State Street. Driver was found to be dri­ving on a sus­pended license.

Missing bike

April 10 at 6 p.m., bicy­cle was stolen from rack out­side Pickell Hall.

Traffic stop

April 11 at 2:50 a.m., offi­cers assisted city police with traf­fic stop at Maple Street near Warren Avenue. Subject was lodged in county jail.

False com­plaint

April 10 at 3 p.m., offi­cers inves­ti­gated mar­i­juana com­plaint in Lot 32. They did not find any improper activity.

Stolen prop­erty

April 10 at 9:45 p.m., wal­let was stolen at Student Rec Center after being left on a bench.

Credit card fraud

April 4 at 10:30 p.m., report of a stolen credit card. Card was used in sev­eral local busi­nesses; inves­ti­ga­tion continues.

Stealing soap

April 4 at 1:15 a.m., laun­dry soap was stolen from laun­dry room in East Campus Suites. Subject was iden­ti­fied and referred to Office of Student Conduct.

Breaking and entering

April 6 at 1:40 a.m., offi­cers assisted city police on Watson Avenue for break­ing and enter­ing. One sub­ject was arrested and lodged in county jail.

Disorder at Racquet Facility

April 4 at 5 p.m., report of dis­or­derly sub­ject at Racquet Facility. Subject was removed.

Missing lap­top

April 3 at 8:30 a.m., a lar­ceny com­plaint reported for stolen lap­top from FLITE.

Party at West Campus

April 4 at 2:20 a.m., offi­cers assisted hous­ing staff with loud party in West Campus Apartments. Subject was referred to Office of Student Conduct.

Hit and run

April 9 at 2:15 p.m., hit and run acci­dent in Lot 2. Suspect was tick­eted for fail­ure to report crash.

Disorderly con­duct

March 31 at 7:15 p.m., offi­cers observed a dis­or­derly sub­ject out­side the Sports Complex. Subject was tick­eted for dis­or­derly conduct.

OWI

April 7 at 1:45 a.m., offi­cers stopped vehi­cle on Perry Avenue at State Street for improper turn. Subject was intox­i­cated and lodged in county jail for OWI.

Drunk dri­ver

April 4 at 4 a.m., offi­cers stopped vehi­cle on South Street near Stadium Drive for defec­tive equip­ment. Driver was found to be intox­i­cated and lodged in county jail.

Ticket Totals: From April 3 through the 10, the Department of Public Safety iden­ti­fied 227 vio­la­tors. Each vio­la­tor was tick­eted for a total of $3,570. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
