Destruction of property

March 19 at 9 a.m., report of mali­cious destruc­tion of prop­erty at Holiday Inn Hotel. A parked vehi­cle and ad sign was dam­aged; sus­pect was iden­ti­fied and war­rant request was sent.

Struck parked car

March 19 at 3:20 p.m., two-vehicle acci­dent in Lot 71.

Lot 5 accident

March 19 at 1:50 a.m., report of a two-vehicle acci­dent in Lot 5.

Water bal­loon incident

March 20 at 4:30 p.m., offi­cers responded to Bond Circle where one sub­ject was hit by a water bal­loon. The sus­pect was iden­ti­fied and a war­rant request was sent for assault.

Possession of marijuana

March 20 at 12:15 a.m., officer’s encoun­tered sus­pi­cious peo­ple in Lot 28. Subject was charged with pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Another mar­i­juana possession

March 21 at 2:10 a.m., offi­cers located a group of sub­jects in a vehi­cle at West Campus Apartments. Subjects were tick­eted for pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana and referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Stolen prop­erty

March 22 at 9:30 p.m., com­plaint of a cell phone and money stolen at SRC. Property was left on bench and gone when vic­tim returned.

MIP in park­ing lot

March 23 at 2 a.m., report of an unre­spon­sive male in Lot 4. Subject was found to be MIP.

Open intox

March 24 at 10 a.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on 15 Mile Road near Katki Golf Course. Driver had open intox.

MIP at Cramer Hall

March 24 at 4 a.m., an assault report at Cramer Hall. Subjects were con­tacted and one per­son was arrested and lodged in county jail. Subject was also MIP.

Unlicensed dri­ver

March 24 at 9:30 a.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle in Cramer Circle for improper plate. Driver was arrested for not hav­ing a valid dri­vers license.

Stop light violation

March 24 at 11:10 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle at State and Perry for stop light vio­la­tion. Driver was tick­eted for dri­ving with­out a license.

Damage in Lot 11

March 24 at 2:45 p.m., vehi­cle was dam­aged in Lot 11. Paint from the hood of the vehi­cle was damaged.

Marijuana in Wink Arena

March 31 at 8:20 p.m., offi­cers found a sub­ject at Wink Arena with pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana. Subject referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Stolen cell phone

March 31 at 10:25 p.m., cell phone was stolen from the Market. Suspect was iden­ti­fied and cell phone was recovered.

Suspended license

March 31 at 4:30 a.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State Street at Perry Avenue for known dri­ver dri­ving on sus­pended license. Driver was arrested and lodged in county jail.

Restricted dri­ver

April 1 at 11:50 p.m., offi­cers stopped a vehi­cle on State Street for dri­ving with­out head­lights. Driver was tick­eted for dri­ving under violations.

Fight at Crankers

April 1 at 2:40 a.m., offi­cers assisted city police for large fight at park­ing lot of Crankers.

Domestic assault

April 2 at 5 p.m., report of domes­tic assault. Victim was near FLITE when offi­cers located sub­jects leav­ing from Lot 27. Male vic­tim was lodged in county jail.

Ticket Totals: From March 30 through April 3, the Department of Public Safety iden­ti­fied 706 vio­la­tors. Each vio­la­tor was tick­eted for a total of $11,010. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced.
