A round-up of this week’s crime across the FSU campus

Loud party

Jan. 13 at 11 p.m., offi­cers inves­ti­gated a loud party at West Campus Apartments. People were told to quiet down.

Theft at Rec

Jan. 16 at 9:30 p.m., there was a theft report of a phone and ring from a sweat­shirt on a bench next to the bas­ket­ball court at Student Recreation Center.

Hall fight

Jan. 14 at 6:50 p.m., there was a report of a fight in the lobby of Cramer Hall. Two sub­jects were iden­ti­fied and referred to the Office of Student Conduct.

Stolen prop­erty

Jan. 13 at 11:55 p.m., there was a report of a stolen duf­fle bag con­tain­ing a com­puter from a bench out­side East Campus Apartments. Property was recov­ered from another atten­dant that evening.

Another large party

Jan. 15 at 11:55 p.m., offi­cers assisted city police with a large party at Oak Street. Four peo­ple were tick­eted at the party.

MIP

Jan. 14 at 3 a.m., offi­cers assisted com­mu­nity advi­sors at East Campus Apartments with a loud party. Four peo­ple were tick­eted for MIP. One sub­ject was lodged in county jail for vio­lat­ing probation.

Ticket Totals: From Jan. 10 through the 17, the Department of Public Safety iden­ti­fied 323 vio­la­tors. Each vio­la­tor was tick­eted for a total of $5,220. Actual amount depends on whether the ticket was paid, voided or reduced. n
