Ferris Fest 2010 will be tak­ing place on Saturday, April 24 in the Campus Quad.

Host Blake Kirinovic and Johnny J will kick off the event at 12 p.m. that Saturday. The open­ing act of coun­try singer Chuck Wicks will begin at 12:30 and will be fol­lowed by rap­per Big Sean at 2:30.

Hip-hop/pop per­former Mike Posner will take the stage at 3:15 until the head­liner for the show rock per­former Anberlin goes on at 5.

There will also be a sec­ond stage at the event being hosted by the Music Industry Management Association and Bulldog Radio. The sec­ond stage will fea­ture The Citywalk, Domanation, The Meatt, and Shredda.

There will be food ven­dors avail­able at Ferris Fest, which include Buffalo Wild Wings, Papa Johns, and Jimmy Johns.

There will also be nov­el­ties avail­able includ­ing air­brush tat­toos, cus­tom frame pho­tos, a defender dome, a giant slide, glad­i­a­tor joust­ing, an inflat­able twister, and spin art Frisbees.

Ferris Fest will last until approx­i­mately 6 p.m. and is free to any­one who wishes to attend with no ticket
required. n
