Candy Gram Fundraiser

Ferris STARs is hav­ing its annual Candy Gram Fundraiser. Send a per­son­al­ized mes­sage to wish some­one good luck on their exams or let them know you’re think­ing about them. Candy Grams are $1 and all pro­ceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Ferris STARs will be in the Rankin Atrium and the IRC Connector from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 7 to 9. Warm Up with a Cup

On Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Student Government is team­ing up with Dining Services to bring a day of warmth. There will be tables set up in front of the IRC and in the quad that will be serv­ing cups of hot choco­late and hot apple cider for $1. Names will be entered in a draw­ing to win prizes at the end of the day. Six tick­ets can also be pur­chased for $5. All pro­ceeds will go to the United Way cam­paign. The Third Annual United Way Silent Auction will take place on Dec. 10 in the Rankin Center Mecosta Room from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Choose from over 75 items includ­ing gift cer­tifi­cates, pic­tures, home­made items, toys, home décor items, hockey mem­o­ra­bilia, and more. The Jane Doe Project

You Beautiful Black Woman (YBBW) presents the Jane Doe Project, a mixed-genre per­for­mance writ­ten, directed, and pro­duced by Aquinas College stu­dent Cheyna Roczkowski that con­cerns expe­ri­ences with rape, sex­ual assault, molesta­tion, and domes­tic vio­lence. The Jane Doe Project looks to bring aware­ness to the effects of vio­lence against women. This free event takes place on Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Rankin Center Dome Room. Pancakes with the President
